Olive Branch Yoga:
Based on the idea that yoga can be a sort of peace offering between your everyday life, and your physical and mental well-being. We need to be kind to ourselves (physically and psychologically) and what better way than yoga?

Tayler Brisbin:RYT
I have been a yoga student for eight years, and recently finished my 200 hour teacher training certification.  I consider myself a poet, and am happiest when learning new things. I am passionate about many things (living in Oregon, drinking coffee, olive oil, writing, good wine, and yoga, just to name a few). I like to laugh, create, and dream. I have never done a cartwheel (or a handstand/ headstand for that matter) and am living proof that you don’t have to be super bendy or inverted to get something out of a yoga practice. I believe that people are the best versions of themselves while doing yoga (I know I am) and I’m looking forward to helping other people get started on their yoga journey!
